The SCREENBEE 15.44W combines innovative technologies with a mobile design developed for flexible operations. Thanks to its unique design, it is a perfect solution for companies that require efficiency and mobility on construction sites or recycling yards.
The screening drum can sort up to 99% of all bulk materials and, thanks to the electric drive (optionally diesel or gasoline), can be operated both stationary and mobile.
Depending on requirements, the screening drum is available either as a perforated plate drum with fixed screens or as a drum with tensioned screens, where the screen decks can be changed quickly.
The trommel screen has a mechanically adjustable cleaning brush and all drives are controlled by a frequency converter.

- Low operating costs:
Thanks to modern NORD electric drives and energy-efficient roller-cone drives, the average energy consumption is only 14 kWh. When using the integrated generator, diesel consumption is only 2.3 liters per hour. - Maximum throughput:
Tests with excavated material showed a throughput of up to 154 tons per hour, depending on the type and quality of the material. - Optimum mobility:
The machine is mounted on a robust SCREENBEE DMK trailer, specifically developed for transport and use at changing locations. - Hydraulic quick-change system:
The drum can be changed quickly and easily – without significant downtime.
