Operation in new dimensions with the hydraulically driven Vortex 320 HD screening bucket for 17 – 24 t excavator classes.

The vibration bucket guarantees maximum throughput with a maximum screening area under all conditions. No interfering contours due to gearbox or chain cases and a robust bucket body made of HARDOX steel.

The excavator bucket is very low-maintenance and its shape optimizes filling behavior during digging and screening performance. Screening can begin as soon as digging/filling starts, and the circular material flow inside the bucket guarantees a smooth material flow during the screening process.

The screening area transitions smoothly from the bucket floor to the back. Due to the synchronous operation, the screening gap always remains the same.

The excavator bucket features 10 actively driven screening shafts designed as rotating eccentric shafts.
