The tree shears can be mounted on an excavator weighing 18-25 tons and are intuitively operable by the excavator operator.
Cutting trees with a trunk diameter of 400 – 500 mm is easily possible with the BS-950.
The two counter-rotating blades ensure a clean cut of trees, hedges, and shrubs with a diameter of up to 50 cm – no challenge is too great! A smooth cut is the hallmark of the BS-950. Internal valve block and hosing
The improved valve block of the tree shears was specifically adapted to the needs of the BS-950. This allowed the entire block, along with the hydraulic hosing, to be integrated into the housing of the tree shears. This design offers the advantage of minimizing the risk of torn hoses, leading to increased reliability and reduced machine downtime. A tilt unit additionally offers flexibility by being inserted between the excavator mount and the tree shears. This allows the operator to bring the blades of the BS-950 into the desired position to cut trees and shrubs efficiently.
