Sorting Grapple PRG5-1100
Hardox Shells | Parker Rotation Motors | Cylinders with End Cushioning | Large Opening Width
The perfect technology for a wide range of requirements!
Because the sorting grapple features continuous rotation, it can be optimally deployed in many areas. These include the demolition, recycling, forestry, railway, and construction industries. The high-quality components and parts, such as the Parker rotation motors, the rotating and replaceable blades made of highly wear-resistant steel, and the induction-hardened slewing rings and pins, ensure the grapple’s long service life.
The base unit of the grapple consists of movable shells mounted on both sides.
The unit contains one or two cylinders and one or two stabilizing rods.
The grapple was developed both for general tasks and specifically for the demolition, environmental, and recycling industries. Thanks to the shells made of Hardox and the main frame made of high-strength steel, it is particularly well suited for use in these areas.
The cylinder is equipped with end cushioning, which ensures extremely high closing strength. The cylinder is also very well protected by the sealing of the main frame.
