Sorting grapple PRG5-1000
Hardox shells | Parker rotary motors | Cylinder with end cushioning | Large opening width
The perfect technology for a wide range of requirements!
Because the sorting grapple can rotate endlessly, it is ideally suited for use in many areas. These include, among others, the demolition, recycling, forestry, railway or construction industries. The high-quality components and parts, such as the Parker rotary motors, the rotatable and replaceable blades made of highly wear-resistant steel, and the induction-hardened slewing rings and pins, ensure the grapple has a long service life.
The base unit of the grapple consists of moving shells mounted on both sides.
The unit contains one or two cylinders and one or two stabilizing rods.
The grapple was developed both for general tasks and specifically for the demolition, environmental and recycling industries. Thanks to the shells made of Hardox and the base frame made of high-strength steel, it is particularly well suited for use in these areas.
The cylinder is equipped with end cushioning, which ensures extremely high closing strength. The cylinder is also very well protected by the sealing of the base frame.
