Sorting Grapple PRG4-900
Hardox shells | Parker rotary motors | Cylinders with end damping | Wide opening
The perfect technology for a wide range of requirements!
Because the sorting grapple can rotate endlessly, it can be used optimally in many areas. These include demolition, recycling, forestry, railway or construction industries. The high-quality components and parts, such as the Parker rotary motors, the rotatable and replaceable blades made of highly wear-resistant steel and the inductively hardened slewing rings and bolts, ensure a corresponding longevity of the grapple.
The basic unit of the grapple consists of movable shells, which are mounted on both sides.
The unit contains one or two cylinders and one or two stabilizing rods.
The grapple was developed for general tasks, as well as specifically for the demolition, environmental and recycling industries. Due to the Hardox shells and the base frame made of high-strength steel, it is particularly well suited for use in these areas.
The cylinder is equipped with end damping, which ensures extremely high closing strength. The cylinder is also very well protected by the sealing of the base frame.
