Sorting grapple PRG3-500
Hardox shells | Parker rotary motors | Cylinder with end damping | Large opening width
The perfect technology for a wide range of requirements!
Because the sorting grapple is endlessly rotatable, it can be used optimally in many areas. These include, among others, the demolition, recycling, forestry, railway, or construction industries. High-quality components and parts, such as Parker rotary motors, reversible and replaceable blades made of highly wear-resistant steel, and inductively hardened slewing rings and bolts, ensure the corresponding longevity of the grapple.
The base unit of the grapple consists of movable shells mounted on both sides.
The unit contains one or two cylinders and one or two stabilization bars.
The grapple was developed for both general tasks and specifically for the demolition, environmental, and recycling sectors. Thanks to the shells made of Hardox and the base frame made of high-strength steel, it is particularly well-suited for use in these areas.
The cylinder is equipped with end damping, which ensures extremely high closing strength. The cylinder is also very well protected by the sealing of the base frame.
