Hydraulically driven heavy-duty screening bucket with driven auger shafts.

Operation in new dimensions with the hydraulically driven HD screening bucket Vortex 320 for excavator classes from 17 – 24 t.

The vibrating bucket guarantees maximum throughput with maximum screening area under all conditions. No interfering contours from gearbox or chain boxes and a robust bucket body made of HARDOX steel.

The excavator bucket is very low-maintenance and its shape optimizes filling behavior during digging and screening performance. Screening can already begin during digging/filling and through the circular material flow inside the bucket, smooth material flow during the screening process is guaranteed.

The screening area flows seamlessly from the bucket bottom to the back. Through synchronized operation, the screening gap remains constant.

The excavator bucket features 10 actively driven screening shafts, which are designed as rotating auger shafts.
