The trommel screen can be operated directly via a 3x400V-32A power connection or an external generator set. - Versatile expansion options:
- Hydraulic cleaning of the drum for minimal maintenance.
- Additional conveyor belts for fine fractions.
- Optional: magnetic drums for separating ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
- Expansion with mobile Screenbee PT conveyor belts.
- Central lubrication system for reliable maintenance and extended service life.
The screening drum can sort up to 99% of all bulk materials and, thanks to the electric drive (optionally also diesel or petrol), is particularly suitable for stationary use.
Depending on requirements, the screening drum is available either as a perforated plate drum with permanently installed screens or as a drum with tensioned screens, where the screen decks can be changed quickly.
The trommel screen has a hydraulically adjustable cleaning brush, and all drives are controlled by a frequency inverter.
