The Overmat “T” series plants are semi-automatic mixing and pumping units for the professional production of traditional sand-cement screed. The “T” series processes flowing screed as standard, but is also available for dry and pre-mixed screed.

Depending on requirements, a traditional screed consists of a mix of sand and cement.
The “T” series plants are very compact and can be used in a wide range of applications. Powerful software uses weight and flow sensors to control correct dosing. The addition of binders, additives and fibers can also be monitored and controlled technically.

The movable screed mixer is retracted upwards while driving, protecting it from damage. On site, it can then be extended into the working position. The entire trailer remains horizontally aligned throughout the mixing process. The vehicle stands stable thanks to its low center of gravity.
