The plants in the Overmat “A/EPS” series are self-propelled, automatic mixing and pumping plants for foam concrete and leveling fills with polystyrene, as well as for pre-mixed liquid screed.
The system ensures the precise and professional production of subfloors. It is fully automated and enables the production of insulating mixtures ranging from 100% foam, without added product, to mixtures with 100% lightweight materials, without foam.
The appropriate software controls the entire production process to ensure constant quality and product consistency. By saving every production run, it is possible to document your settings and the loading quantities after conveying.
