The Overmat “T” series plants are semi-automatic mixing and pumping systems for the professional production of traditional sand-cement screed. The “T” series plants process liquid screed as standard, but are also available for dry and premixed screed.

Depending on requirements, a traditional screed consists of a mix of sand and cement.
The “T” series plants are very compact and can be used in a wide range of applications. Powerful software controls the correct dosing through the use of weight and flow sensors. The addition of binders, additives and fibers can also be technically monitored and controlled.

The movable screed mixer is retracted upwards while driving, protecting it from damage. On the construction site, it can then be extended into the working position. The entire trailer always remains horizontally aligned during the mixing process. The vehicle stands stable thanks to its low center of gravity.
