The Overmat “T” series plants are self-automatic mixing and pumping systems for the professional production of traditional sand-cement screed. The “T” series plants process liquid screed as standard but are also available for dry and pre-mixed screed.

A traditional screed consists of a mixture of sand and cement, depending on requirements.
The “T” series plants are very compact and versatile. Powerful software controls the correct metering through the use of weight and flow sensors. The addition of binders, additives, and fibers can also be technically monitored and controlled.

The movable screed mixer is retracted upwards during travel and thus protected from damage. At the construction site, it can then be extended into the working position. The entire semi-trailer remains horizontally aligned during the mixing process. The vehicle stands stably thanks to its low center of gravity.
