The Overmat “ALS” series plants are self-propelled, automatic mixing and pumping plants for the precise production of anhydrite or cement-based flowing screed.
Production is continuously monitored during manufacturing, ensuring a perfect result. All parameters can be planned easily and intuitively on site, from the recipe loading sequence to the mixing times. Thanks to the built-in sand moisture probe, the software automatically corrects the water quantity with each load, so that the self-leveling screed can be processed without irregularities and with consistent quality. Computer-controlled dosing of the various materials and additives, such as binders, additives or fibers, is possible at all times in a controlled manner.
The complete plant is the most compact in its class and has an extremely low center of gravity. The system always remains horizontal and realizes your mixture with maximum precision. The tank can be raised for transport and is thus optimally protected against damage.
