The Overmat “ALS” series plants are self-propelled, automatic mixing and pumping units for the precise production of anhydrite or cement-based flowing screed.
Production is continuously monitored during manufacturing, ensuring a perfect result. All parameters, from the recipe loading sequence to mixing times, can be planned easily and intuitively on-site. Thanks to the built-in sand moisture sensor, the software automatically corrects the water quantity with each load, so that the self-levelling screed can be processed without irregularities and with consistent quality. Computer-aided dosing of various materials and additives, such as binders, additives, or fibers, is precisely controllable at all times.
The complete plant is the most compact in its class and has an extremely low center of gravity. The system always remains horizontal and realizes your mixture with maximum precision. The tank can be raised for transport and is thus optimally protected against damage.
