The Overmat “ALS” series plants are self-propelled, automatic mixing and pumping units for the precise production of anhydrite- or cement-based flowing screed.
Production is continuously monitored during manufacturing, ensuring a perfect result. All parameters are easy and intuitive to plan on site, from the recipe loading sequence to the mixing times. Thanks to the integrated sand moisture probe, the software automatically adjusts the water quantity with every batch, so the self-levelling screed can be applied without irregularities and with consistent quality. Computer-controlled dosing of the various materials and additives, such as binders, additives or fibres, can be monitored and controlled at any time.
The complete plant is the most compact in its class and has an extremely low center of gravity. The system always remains horizontal and produces your mix with maximum precision. The tank can be raised for transport, providing excellent protection against damage.
