The scrap shear has been designed for the demolition of all types of metal structures and the subsequent scrapping of the resulting material. It was specifically developed for cutting and preparing ferrous material for subsequent recycling.

It features a stabilizing guide for the movable jaw for precise and accurate cutting. The cutting edges of the demolition shear are easily and quickly replaceable, significantly reducing maintenance time.

The shear blades are trapezoidal, which increases their resistance to stress, and can be used on three sides before replacement.

Double cutting guidance
» Thanks to the adjustable double guide for the movable shaft, the perfect alignment of the jaws can be maintained, and the shear operates at maximum capacity.

Jaw Design
» The special opening tilts the material to be cut so that the movable shaft can exert maximum force on a minimal surface area.

Forged Cylinder
» The cylinder with a forged shaft is installed inverted, which protects the shaft inside the shear body and ensures maximum strength.

Autolube System
» Automatic lubrication ensures that the large shears are constantly lubricated, reducing maintenance.

Speed Valve
» Increases performance and protects the hydraulic system from pressure peaks.
