The scrap shear has been designed for the demolition of any type of metal structure and the subsequent scrapping of the resulting material. It was specifically designed for cutting as well as for the preparation of ferrous material for subsequent recycling.

It features a stabilizing guide for the movable jaw for targeted and accurate cutting. The cutting edges of the demolition shear are easily and quickly replaceable, significantly shortening maintenance time.

The shear blades are trapezoidal, which increases load resistance, and can be used on three sides before replacement.

Double cutting guide
» Thanks to the adjustable double guide for the movable shaft, perfect alignment of the jaws can be maintained and the shear operates at maximum capacity.

Jaw design
» The special opening tilts the material to be cut so that the movable shaft can exert maximum force on a minimal area.

Forged cylinder
» The cylinder with a forged shaft is installed inverted, protecting the shaft inside the shear body and ensuring maximum strength.

Autolube system
» Automatic lubrication ensures that the large shears are constantly lubricated, reducing maintenance effort.

Speed valve
» Increases performance and protects the hydraulic system from pressure peaks.
