The scrap shear was designed for demolition of any type of metal structure and the subsequent scrapping of the resulting material. It was specifically developed for cutting and for preparing ferrous material for subsequent recycling.

It features stabilising guidance of the moving jaw for accurate, precise cutting. The cutting edges of the demolition shear can be replaced easily and quickly, significantly reducing maintenance time.

The shear blades are trapezoidal, which increases resistance to stress, and can be used on three sides before replacement.

Double cutting guide
» Thanks to the adjustable double guide for the moving shaft, the perfect alignment of the jaws can be maintained and the shear works at maximum capacity.

Jaw design
» The special opening tilts the material being cut so that the moving shaft can apply maximum force over a minimal area.

Forged cylinder
» The cylinder with forged shaft is installed in reverse, protecting the shaft inside the shear body and ensuring maximum strength.

Autolube system
» Automatic lubrication ensures that the large shears are constantly lubricated, reducing maintenance effort.

Speed valve
» Increases performance and protects the hydraulic system from pressure peaks.
