The scrap shear has been designed for the demolition of any type of metal structure and the subsequent scrapping of the resulting material. It was specifically conceived for cutting as well as for the preparation for subsequent recycling of ferrous material.
It features a stabilizing guide for the movable jaw for targeted and precise cutting. The cutting edges of the demolition shear are easily and quickly replaceable, which significantly shortens maintenance time.
The blades of the shear are trapezoidal, which increases load resistance, and can be used on three sides before replacement.
Double guide
» Thanks to the adjustable double guide for the movable shaft, the perfect alignment of the jaws can be maintained and the shear operates at maximum capacity.
Jaw design
» The special opening tilts the material to be cut so that the movable shaft can exert maximum force on a minimal area.
Forged cylinder
