Mobile construction site silo
The mobile horizontal silo with a 36 m³ capacity was specifically developed for flexible use on construction sites. It impresses with its compact design, high mobility, and efficient dosing and discharge technology for cement and other bulk materials.
With a total length of approx. 7,600 mm and a height of approx. 5,050 mm, the silo offers a space-saving alternative to classic vertical silos. The telescopic supports allow for quick and easy setup directly on-site.
Filling is carried via a DN100 filling pipe, while volumetric dosing ensures precise and uniform material delivery. The integrated extraction screw (Ø 219 mm) ensures reliable discharge with a throughput capacity of up to approx. 25 m³/h.
For optimal material flow, the silo is equipped with several vibrators and an integrated fluidization system. Additionally, a powerful dust filter ensures clean and low-emission filling.
The robust steel construction (S235JR/S275JR) and the painted exterior surface ensure a long service life even under demanding operating conditions.
