Construction site silo
This construction site silo with an 18 m³ capacity was developed for professional use on construction sites. It impresses with its robust construction, reliable material storage, and efficient discharge technology for cement and other bulk materials.
With a total height of approx. 6,200 mm and a diameter of 2,400 mm, the silo offers optimal storage capacity in a compact design. The well-thought-out equipment enables safe filling as well as uniform and controlled emptying.
The integrated filling system with an internal 2.5″ filling pipe including B-coupling and splash pot ensures clean and efficient material supply. The venting system with a 4″ pipe ensures safe pressure equalization.
For optimal material flow, the silo is equipped with air fluidization (4 nozzles with ring line and compressed air fitting) and a powerful external silo vibrator. Discharge is reliably handled via a tubular screw conveyor (WAM ES219) with a conveying capacity of up to 36 m³/h.
The stable construction with four support legs and base plates ensures a secure stand even under demanding conditions. The service-friendly design and the DN 500 manhole allow for easy maintenance and cleaning.
