Kompatto K124 – Compact tracked screening plant

The Kompatto K124 is a powerful and versatile flat-deck screening plant for use in recycling, earthworks and jobsite operation. With its robust design and high screening capacity of up to 350 t/h, it sets new standards in its class.

Performance & Application

The plant is suitable for a wide range of materials such as construction waste, crushed stone, gravel, sand, soil, topsoil, compost or asphalt. Thanks to the heavy-duty screen box with 8.3 m² screening area and variable screening media (mesh screens, perforated plates, finger and Harpa screens), an efficient and smooth screening process is guaranteed.

Operation & Drive

• Stage V diesel engine, 55 kW with direct drive of the screen box

• Electro-hydraulic drive system with triple pump for separate conveyor drives

• Control optionally manual or via radio remote control (emergency stop on the remote & chassis as standard)

• Diesel consumption: approx. 12–15 l/h

• Tank capacity: 145 l

• Fine conveyor: width 650 mm | discharge height 2100 mm

• Medium conveyor: width 650 mm | discharge height 2100 mm

• Coarse conveyor: width 800 mm | discharge height 2350 mm

Screen sizes

• Top deck: mesh screens 20–80 mm, perforated plates 20–100 mm, finger/bars 50–80 mm

• Middle/bottom deck: mesh screens 4–80 mm, Harpa screens 5×103–10×118 mm, anti-clogging screens 5–15 mm
